Toy Otto (BSC (Hons); MBL) – Head of Employee Benefits Consulting

Toy has been with GTC for some 15 years and has over 40 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry. Technically well qualified with a BSc Honours degree (Mathematics) and a Master of Business Leadership, Toy spent the first 15 years of his business life in the actuarial divisions of a number of insurance companies.

Over his career Toy has worked in all spheres of employee benefits with insurance companies, a large listed company and as an intermediary. Toy heads the GTC team of Benefit Consultants as well as consulting directly to a number of significant corporate clients of GTC.
