GTC Investment Consulting provides custom made investment portfolio solutions for institutional retirement fund clients with a primary focus on meeting fund members’ needs. The GTC team adopts a client collaborative approach that covers the full range of services required, starting with member analysis, progressing through the implementation of a clear investment policy document with appropriate investment managers and then the ongoing monitoring and managing thereof.
GTC actively applies a standard of excellence in terms of client service, ethics and the investment consulting approach. Our offering is built around a team with over 50 years of investment experience. Each investment consultant at GTC is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. This international qualification represents the highest ethical standards and academic qualifications in the investment industry. Additional quality safe-guards implemented by GTC sees the number of clients per consultant being limited so as to ensure a highly personalised client experience.
GTC’s investment consulting engagement with clients includes an analysis of all investment related governance structures and documentation. This analysis is used to formulate an initial feedback to the fund which will ultimately become the catalyst for subsequent discussion and implementation. Once the agreed investment philosophy, strategy and governance structures are formally in place through an investment policy document, our interaction with our clients moves into a monitoring process. Monitoring includes both repetitive and dynamic facets to ensure the fund’s investment structures achieve their deliverables.
GTC’s advice is built on solid, proprietary research and a transparent, repeatable process. Our global consulting capability enables us to provide integrated asset consulting services in line with international best practice. The consulting team leverages off of GTC’s in-house multi managed and transition management offerings providing clients with an advisory solution which benefits from practical implementation experience, the end result being investment consulting advice that consistently delivers.
